Light Cotton Looking material

I have what looks like cotton on one of the rocks in my tank. I have the dry rock, I don't remember the actual name for it but if you look at the previous post of my tank you will know what I mean. I was wondering if this is a problem. I'm still in the cycle stage of my tank. Is it algae? Good? Bad? It's white and fluffy, very light colored. Any ideas?
