Light cycles for healthy corals?

Hey I’m just wondering what an optimal light cycle would be for healthy corals? Both blue and white on during the day? Blue on at night? Off at night? I’m new haha thanks

I run my led from 8-2300. Ramp up at 8 full 1230 ramp down 2220
Both my t5 kick on between 1430-1500.
