Light diffuser for AI Prime?

Does anyone use a light diffuser for their AI HD Prime? Is it worth it, Pros or Cons. Contemplating buying one just not sure yet. Looking for input for anyone that may have one or any other type of light diffuser for their light
My tank is a JBJ 32 gallon AIO tank with some fish and many different types of corals softies LPS and one SPS (smoldering thorn coral)

I have one can post some par numbers and spectrum differences whenever I regain power lol.

Or just a reduced shimmer.
