I'm going to be buying a 40g breeder to set up as my frag tank. I don't know anything about LED lights, (well I don't know too much about any lights, but I'm trying to learn) and would really appreciate some help! I'm trying to decide between two different LED light bars from 21 LED USA. Also, do I need a 36" bar or will a 30" work, tank dimensions are 36x18x17? Here are the specs for each light bar. Thanks!!!

I'm confused, PAR & PUR? Can't I just slowly acclimate to the light?
