Light for a 15 ??

So just a quick question. A 2 bulb t5 SLR over a 15 i should be good with softies and Lps right ? Im just wanting to get the leathers out of my 75. And keep a Naughty clown....

Tank will have just Lr and a heater. No skimmer or nothing.
