Hi, I just got back into reef keeping with a waterbox 5.8g pico. I’m running a kessil A80 tuna blue. I just a have a small Xenia right now but am planning on a type of mushroom and maybe GSP. The tank is 11” tall and the light is sitting 7” over the tank. Is this a good height?
Thanks for any answers

I keep my a80 sitting 1/2” above the lid on my 5g pico. I have acrylic rods it sits on on top of the glass lid. It runs at about 50% and my Xenia, GSP and zoanthids are happy in there. Less light spill over with it that way too.

Thanks, i forgot to mention it’s at full intensity and a little to the blue side, do you still think I should lower it?
