Light in sump?

So i am looking for some feedback as to the lighting schedule of my LED nano light over my fuge! Currently I am leaving on 24/7 and I am wanting to know if that's a mistake? If so, how long should I run them for and when? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I think the common answer will be opposite your main light cycle. Others will chime in I'm sure. I just had to answer to say "Let's Go Blues!"

I run mine 24-7
I feel there is no need to turn it off during the day for maximum uptake

I run mine between 16 and 20 hours.. From hydroponics, I learned to give any plant a rest period to respire and enhance growth potential.. At least 4 hours ready is all that is needed

What is the purpose/benefit of doing opposite schedules? In stead of same DT schedules, or running 24/7?

9pm till 6am is all I've ever run mine. Opposite the DT lighting schedule. Help maintain PH balance.
