yesterday I just received 2 Aqua Illumination Vega's color - now these lights are so cool I have so many different color options and features. BUT I would like some input from everyone. i used to have 48" 6x54W Nova Extreme PRO T5HO by Current USA.
now my tank is a 120 gallon tank 48"x24"x24" - now that I have set up my Vegas the tank doesn't seem to be as bright - i felt like the T5's covered more surface area of the tank and lit it up more. But are the vegas better for growing corals and will they just be better overall or will they not throw as much light as the T5s?
my vegas are at 80% right now and they just dont seem to light the tank up as much as the T5's...
