Light Mounts Attached to Tank Stand

Hi There,

I've been looking for some light mounts that would attach to my tank stand. I came across this image from another reefing forum, but the post is over 2 years old so I have no idea where they found this. It looks pretty ideal for mounting black boxes:

Anything know where I can purchase this? The poster claimed this required no welding skill as this item was purchased as is from somewhere.
