Hey everyone I have a sbreef pro 32 on a 40g breeder what percentage should my whites and blue be.

I don't have the same fixture but I run my Ocean Revive t247 at 19% blues 5% white
14" off the water and mainly LPS in my tank all are doing well.
from what I've learned with LED's is better to start low than too high. Most of these fixtures can burn your corals faster than you think.
So start low and work your way up

What is in the tank now and what are you planning on keeping in the tank?
Right now i have some soft corals mushroom zoanthids i have a gargonian i have a leather coral. I have green star polyp and I have one sinularia. I have my whites at 30 % and my blues at 40%. To be honest everything seems to be going fine. And I know the expression dont fix if its not broken, but I want to make sure Im giving my corals the proper light. I have been looking at the bubble coral as my next one.

I started at 10 % whites and 20% blues gradually went up to my % now, but I have been doing some reading and people have there whites at 40 % and blues at 80%.
