I know that the BTA needs strong lighting. However how many hours per day does one need to have their lights on?

i Run my LED from 10:00 am blues start ramping up, around 12:00 they hit 80% which i set to max. They ramp down blues to about 60% from 4:00p,-6:00pm then 40% by 8:00pm and finally off by 10:30pm
My whites start at 1% by 11:00am 40% at 12:00 60% at 1:00 30% at 4:00pm 10% at 5:00pm then 1% by 6:00pm and off at 6:30pm.
My BTA will move or shrink when they don't want any more light. By move I mean into its cave.

too many variables from type of lightning to anemone size, can you b more specific on lights that u r running

I run my t5hos 12hours for actinic and 10 for full. Mainly because I like to look at the tank. :-) my gbta and my rbta are growing, bulbed and happy :-D
