Just starting stocking my Nuvo 14g, it has a Kessil a80, been setup now for over 3 months with no live stock or lights, I’ve just put a cuc in, would this be a good time to start a light schedule?
I’m thinking running the Kessil on 0 intensity until I have corals in there, would I still need to build up the hours the lights are on to help reduce algae, or being on 0 intensity can I just jump straight into a 10 hour period?

You could start a light schedule. I do a 2 hour ramp up to an 8 hour lighting and then a 2 hour ramp down (for a total of 12 hours).

You can do it at a reduced intensity until you get your corals and then gradually bring it up after your corals are in.

no corals? Turn the lights on when you're in the room. Yes you can light it however long you want.
