I am currently running my 450g as a fishless tank. I feed the coral via blast every two days. (these two points in case it matters in the answer).

My lighting is:
4x 250w Radium MH
4x 39W T5 (blue and purple)
2x 160W Super Actinic VHO

What would you recommend my photoperiods be for each for primarily SPS?

The metal halide should be on an 8 or 10 hour photo period, the leds should be on a 10 to 12 hour photo period. So you could do the leds as a "ramp up and ramp down" effect for the halides.

I don't have any LEDs unfortunately. MH, T5 and VHO only.

I have my MHs on 5 hours right now, I will up those a bit. The T5s and VHOs are on 10-12, so I will leave those be.
