Light programming question

Hello everybody I just picked up a 48 inch current USA outer orbit light for my 75g. It has 4 t5 bulbs 2 metal halides and 3 rows of 6 LEDs 9 blue and 9 white I was wondering the best way to recreate sunrise and sunset witch lights should come on and off at which time and what is a good inexpensive timer/timers to use. The current coral in the tank are:



1 galaxea



1 frogspawn



2 ricordea



Some xenea



Some blue/red/green mushrooms



Some zoas



And a Kenya tree



All coral are relatively small frags and I want them to the thrive the best they can
