Two of the lights I am setting up on my tank each have 2 plugs, one controls the blues and the other controls the rest of the colors (leds)

My question should I plug both blues into a power strip and then plug into the pc4 and the same with the other colors.

This is how I did it with basic timers, just want to make sure im not doing something wrong sense this a new adventure for me

I have two power cords also, I run each one on a separate timer. Blues come on 15 min before the other LED's. The Blues also turn off 15 min later then the other LEd's.
I then have a moonlight (1) royal LED that stays on for another 30 min and then kicks off for the night.. total run time is 13.5 hours a day.

What you are are doing makes sense and I would just flow with it.
If you are using an LED that is dimmable I would set it to 15-20% whites and 40% blues, then slowly bring them up to where you need to be over the first month.. it gives the corals time to acclimate to the new lights.

only concern I would have would be the load on the relays in the pc4? I dont know what the in-rush current is on your led's or what the pc4 can handle before melting the contacts.

The PC4 can handle a total of 15 amps. CH1 and CH4 can handle up to 8 amps each. CH2 and CH 3 can handle up to 3 amps each. But you cannot exceed the maximum of 15 amps all channels added up. Most items the manufacturer will give you the wattage but don't always give you a current rating. Do you know either of these? If so then post them here.
