Over the past few weeks I've talked to multiple people getting their opinion on light schedules. I decided to map out my par but i couldn't get a concrete answer on how long you should be running the light at the intensity at which you mapped out your par. Some people are running their light for two hours at that intensity some are running six hours. I wanted to see peoples lighting schedules and compare them especially if they have mapped out their par. Is there a database for schedules like there is for par maps.

Schedules really don’t matter unless it’s one light and the same size tank and depends on what you are trying to keep

I’ll give you an example.

Here is my schedule, if others saw this and they were running one Icon light it’s far too low depending on the tank size-

But I’m also running 7 Icon’s and it gives me 350- 450 PAR at the sticks and is covered with a total blanket of light

I run my target growth PAR for 4 hours, the start of peak lighting is the lower end of the target and the mid point peak is just over the target
