Light schedule for Red Sea Peninsula 500 with Hydras

i am struggeling with a good light schedule for my Peninsula 500 running 3 Hydras 26. Maybe someone can point me to a good one, i had the AB+ BRS for a while but somehow i was not happy with it.

Thank you very much, but with those presets i am always afraid they are to high in intensity as they all run deeper tanks and i have no PAR-Meter right now

There are a few signature series schedules on the site, this is a lower intensity one
