Finished my cycle a week ago and just turned on my RedSea 90 LEDs to...
10am - 8pm
Blue spectrum only, no white
25% capacity
Starting blue and no white to avoid early algae as much as possible and because newer tank. Was going to do this for a few weeks until I add first coral.

Any tips or changes to this approach? Or even when I should introduce white into the schedule?

I'm not sure - unless you have fish, or invertebrates that you need to turn lights on at all. I.e. - except for the newness of the tank - seems like you can add corals now. I to not think there is any reason to not add white - but - I would wait until you have coral. or fish.

I added two clown and one tang when my nitrites and ammonia hit 0 post cycle
I'm not sure that keeping white lights off and using blues will keep algae from growing. I would put on whatever light spectrum you're planning to use - except lower the intensity until something is in the tank that needs more light.
