What should I run my lights at, for a tank with zoas/softies and an Octopus?

How minimal can I go on white/intensity during the day and keep the softies happen, but also go red (other?) for awhile to be able to view the octopus.

Thanks

Look up graphs of chlorophyll A and C and match your lights according to those. These will show you the spectrums that is useable to the zooxanthellae

I’m most interested in keeping the Octopus. The Zoas are more expendable

I dont have any experience with those, but if possible, consider talking to whomever supplies the octopus and see what they know. Sorry I couldn't be more help
