Hello group...hoping I've got a simple enough question. I have viparspectra 1200. I run both light switches (veg/bloom). Can I consider it a basically white light source? Asking for using lux meter for PAR.

Can't really tell w/out diode pattern amounts for each spectrum but def. not on "bloom" mode.

100Lux = 2.57PAR w/ red/blue 3500k white light.
1.34 w/ low cri 6500k light.
You could prob. split the difference w/ the "veg" level.
I'm going to make an as-u-me that the stats have both veg and bloom PAR
You could use it to sort of calibrate your Lux meter:
Light Output504 umol/s at 24"

Light Output330 umol/s at 24"
