Light spots on clownfish

Was looking at the tank this morning and saw spots where my make clownfish was losing color. Please let me know what this is

Yes I did for about 3 weeks

He's been in there about a month, this is the first time I've seen it

Is it some kind of infection

I can't really tell what we are supposed to be looking at. I think I see a dark patch right before the white band on his tail, and maybe a pale patch before and below that. Is it either of those that you are concerned about?
