Hey, I have an Aqua one Aqua reef 290, it’s 290l (75G) and in mm it’s 800Lx600Hx600W or inch’s 31x23x23.

what lights would you recommend and how many? Struggling with all the info out there to find what would be sufficient for the tank size.

At the moment I have a few soft corals, and some lps. No sps yet but would be open to adding some in the future potentially.

thanks

I have Radions and I love them. I run 4 XR15 Pro Gen 5's on my 120g tank (it's 4ftx2ftx2ft).
If you went that route, you could probably do 2 and be ok.
With lights, get something that will support your long-term plans. If you want SPS down the road, just bite the bullet and spend the money now.
The Radions will grow anything you throw at them.

I have a similar size tank and run radions also G5 pro. These are great lights with a user friendly app too.

Kessil Ap9x is the best light I have ever owned hands down!!!! And if you are wanting a mixed reef you would only need one of them instead of two of the radions that you would need, you actually could probably get away with just one even with a sps dominated tank in my opinion
