Light to grow Chaeto

I have a fluval evo 13.5 and was wondering if this amazon light would be able to grow chaeto? Looking to grow it in my second chamber to create a mini refugium.​

Not sure, mine grow under 30w led 6500k floodlight (1x20w and 1x10w)

Thanks for the recommendation. Looking for the smallest and cheapest option that can actually grow chaeto. This amazon one is only $12 but not sure if it would be strong enough to grow anything.

I use the canagrow from Amazon. It tends to grow a couple gallons of cheato per week for me! I know others with the same success! It's only like $30 too!

I use the Tunze Chic. White version actually (just personal preference). Grows chaeto great and I have to deal with light spill way less since it’s sumberged. I have an extra one on hand in case I needed the extra power but growth has been sufficient so far.
