Light Upgrade

I am ready to up grade my lights. I have a 90g tank mixed reef and want to add easy SPS (Monti /birds nest). I am running 2 Viper Spectra lights, but I hate the lack of control. I am leaning towards a hybrid 4 bulb T5 fixture with either 2 Radion XR15 Pro or 2 AI 26 HD. I have a couple of questions:

1. What is a good balance of 4 t5 bulbs
2. Advantages / disadvantages of the Radion vs AI 26.

Go with the 6 bulb. Not much more cost and much more coverage for sps. Haven't used the LEDs but either will do the job just fine.

I have used AI lights for years and loved the cost and the control app. Just recently upgraded my AI Hydra 26HD’s to Radion xr15 Blue’s. The cost difference is now negligible and the Radions are definitely better lights. Plus if you run AB+, you won’t fry your UV lenses (as always happens on Hydra 26HD’s). The Xr15 Blue make it very easy, just turn every channel to 100% and then adjust overall intensity to the level you need. No more looking for special lighting templates.
