Looking at the kessil light or NICREW brand for 20 g tank. Which brand or how many recommended for corals

I have the Hipargero 100 watt LED’s. Amazing lighting, es for the cost.

Just from a price standpoint but open to other suggestions as well. Not trying to be super cheap but also don’t want to spend an arm and a leg

I have 2 schools of thought when it comes to hardware:
A) buy cheap already assuming a short service life/replacement
B) buy quality in the first place with a expectation of quality/longevity

but for 20g? I dunno, I’d go inexpensive here as the odds of you upgrading are high anyway….
my suggestion is Nicrew or Hipargero, I was pleased with the quality of the Nicrew
…if you think that you will stop at that 20g then perhaps a AI Prime….
Kessil is overkill IMHO, sorta like 20” blades on Hyundai

Wait…how do you know I have blades on my Hyundai!?!…youcdo have Dr…..hmmm….lol. Good advice sir. Never used either but from past reads a lot of users are happy w both OP brands.

It’s space for now I don’t have a ton of so the 20-30g size works for the area.

I use 2 on a 90 gallon

I dunno how the price compares but Noopsyche are also pretty good quality budget lights.

Ai would be my first choice but two ideal are Ai Hydra 26 or 32hd or noopsyche k7 pro for shimmer and penetration
