I bought a Kamoer dosing pump from @Lighthouze08. I finally got a calcium reactor to use it on. I got everything hooked up and this doser barely turns. I contacted the seller on 7/10/20, to discuss the matter with him. I wasn’t asking for my money back. I just wanted to know if he had experienced this problem with this pump. I also wanted to see when he bought the pump. To see if I might be able to send it in for a repair at my own cost. I have heard nothing from him. Which I can only assume he knew the pump was broken when he sold it. So I’m writing this so that hopefully one one else gets scammed by him. I hate to write a bad review like this, however if he refuses to respond to a personal request. It leaves me with no choice but to warn everyone to stay away from this seller. Do not buy from this seller unless you have money to give away.

I just wanted to give a update to how things have turned out. I opened a case with PayPal today. Within a hour he responded with a email. He said he hadn’t seen my messages. He also told me he was sorry for the pump not working and that it may have been damaged during shipping. He immediately offered me a full refund. So I can’t ask for much more. So I hate it got to this point before I got this problem fixed. So moderators if you can please remove this thread. He’s doing right by me and I don’t want to damage his reputation any further, thanks.
