Hey everyone!

I need some help with lighting for my 220g. My dimensions are 72"x24"x30". I have made a realization in the last 2 months that LEDs are not what I need to have a successful SPS dominate tank. Every frag I put in and eventually bleached and died. I bought coral from many different places with no luck. I have tested my water and everything is at perfect levels. I tried placement in the tank, adjusted flow up and down, and still I am having to luck. As I read more on LEDs I am seeing that most ppl are having these issues. I need advice on what type of lights (T5, MH, ect...). Let me know what type of fixtures you like, bulbs, and if I should DIY something. I have been looking at theses fixtures:

Ocean Light Plus 3x250W + 2x80W T5 HO – Aqua Medic

Odyssea Metal Halide System

As far as bulbs I am thinking 250W Radium and 80w ATI blue plus x2. What do you think? Do I need more watts?

Thanks guys

SG
