Lighting a 24 x 12 x 18 deep refugium

I am setting up an external refugium in a 20 gallon tall. I already have an h80 with gooseneck from my previous setup, but my concern was that isn't enough light for such a big fuge. I am planning to add this light:

It will be in a clamp on reflector lamp. Is this a reasonable choice? Thanks!

LOL I used a cheap Homedepot clip on fixture and generic bulb and couldn't give away my cheato fast enough...
Yeah the h80 I got with the other equipment when I bought the tank years ago now. It's just not super bright hence the extra cheap bright light. I'm in your camp for growing algae light is light lol

Also reversed the day/night schedule... I don't remember why, but it worked...
