Lighting and flow for JF beach bum and Slow burn

I aquired a frag of slow burn and a frag of beach bum. Slow burn has been in tank for a few months. Hasn't done much. Just got the beach bum a week ago. Anybody have experience and recommendations for flow and lighting?? Maybe PAR suggestions??

They would like med flow and a PAR of @200~250. Start about mid tank and move up slowly until you hit the sweet spot.
