Hey guys,

I am new to the saltwater hobby, and had a few questions on it. I have a 55 gallon set up in my room for almost three months now I have a few fish in their along with a clean up crew. I decided to go along with an anemone. My friend gave me his small bubble tip anemone. He is a very nice green color. I have only had him for one day, and he is now hiding in a small crevice in my live rock. I read that this is ok for him to acclimate but my main question is that I have a Solarmax H.O. 248 on my tank. I was told this is good for all anemones or any other coral I was willing to put in my tank. I just want to make sure that this is sufficient lighting for him. Also I have an aquaclear 70 powerhead on their I would like to add another one to my tank as this one isn't to strong. I don't want to spend 300 dollars on one so what would be a good brand to use as a second one.

Thanks guys,
Zachy Yonk.

Jebao puts out a lot of wavemakers for pretty cheap and they're controllable.

I have koralia 4 on one tank and 2 koralia 1050 powerhead on the other 75 gallon tank. I have never used a wavemaker. I'm happy with the flow out of there. If you check Amazon they offer deals powerhead with controller if you're looking
