Lighting and spectrum requirements on monti caps?

Hi just wana know and hear what are your opinions on the requested topic do i blast them with light (300-500)par or do i adjust it to medium light with more blue+violet spectrum(150-300)par? Especially pink and red monti caps?

They can handle any of that PAR if the quality is good. I would stop at 300 with LED, but with T5 or MH, you can go up to 500 if you want.

To get the pinks and reds, you are going to need some daylight spectrum. If using MH or T5, this is no problem if you have a few C+ or B+ in there... if you use LED, then you will need to run the whites for a good amount of time at a decent intensity. Red, yellow and greed bring out blues, reds and pinks in corals. Once you get some daylight in there, then blue them up for viewing, but heavy blue alone will dull out pink, blue and red corals most of the time (not always).
