I have a 36g tank. I have a black box light hanging around 13” from tank. I was running the blues 100% until today. Today I turned them down to around 50 now. Should 50-60 be good

how long are you running them for and what kind of corals do you have? I believe when I used black box lights I had it set to like 80-30. 80 being the blue. I like the look of more blue than white

How were your inhabitants (especially corals) responding to the lights before you turned them down? Why did you turn them down?

Everything seemed to be doing fine. My bubble tip nem started to get clear looking and I had a lot of people telling me that 100 was to bright

Can you get a picture of the anemone? Maybe a full tank shot too? I'm no expert. I only keep RFAs, but I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in. How high are you running the whites?

Whites are barely on the nem could be from some stress from me moving it. Just had my other that was in same rock split few days again and moved down maybe 4 inch’s and look amazing. What’s signs I need to look out for that I need to turn my lighting up

things changing colors, not opening up, bleaching, etc. I wouldnt move a nem. let it move on its own. if you want it to move then i would take a powerhead and put it on it to force it to move on its own.
