Lighting choices

I am new to reefing but use to have a saltwater tank that did very well.
I love pulsating xenia and definitely want that in my new tank.
It's a 35 gallon cube 18×18×18
My question is what lighting is best for soft corals?
There are so many options its hard.
I was thinking T5 since i am familiar with them

I myself like LEDs. Either AI prime or Red Sea RL50s. You probably only need one light on a tank that size.

Noopsyche k7 Mini would be plenty for softies

T5 is a great choice, you will get superior spectrum, coverage, and a soft diffuse light.
