Lighting Duration for 'Nems

Paging @OrionN or any other anemone gurus: What are your recommended photoperiod durations and ramp ups? I'm familiar with the EcoTech study (https://ecotechmarine.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/ReefWholesale_CoralLab.pdf) and their recommendation of 9 hours total, but I have seen many others refer to substantially longer periods approaching 12 hours. Any thoughts?

To clarify... so you have ramp up + 12 hours of main lights + ramp down?

I go 12 hrs on off. No dimming capability on my LEDs.
