just picked up a 20 long that iam going to use as a frag tank i want to keep this build very simple and low cost just wondering what lights i should use. i was thinking a fishneedit 30" 4bulb fixture and just replace all the bulbs with ati bulbs, i wanna keep sps and lps maybe some zoas would this my best bet or could i get away with a two bulb fixture since its a very shallow and thin tank

I'd use something similar to what you mentioned. A four bulb T5 on a 20 long would work good. I have a 2 bulb over my fish QT and its not enough for stony corals IMO.

yeah probably gonna go with the fish need it 4 bulb is anybody running one of these how are they for a cheap light?
