Lighting for 300 gallon

Hey guys,!so currently i have the 72" current orbit pro led strips. (2). It has well coverage but still have a shaded area between strips. Thinking of going with t5 to compliment. Spent 1500 on the led's so not wanting to spend a lot here. Let me know some thoughts please
