What are the dimensions of the tank?Looking for suggestions for lighting on a 36 bow reef
So probably two of them?AI prime hd. It’s a bit pricy (though cheap as aquarium lights go) and I have it both of my tanks and I love it
What are the dimensions of the tank?
Edit: and what is your budget?

How wide is the tank, if it’s 20” or less, you could probably get away with one (probably even at 24”), but any wider and you’d need two. I have a feeling this is one of those tanks that’s too wide for one light but two would be overkill (you can adjust intensity, it’ll just likely be wasted/unused power). Depending on what you want to keep, there are LED fixtures that run the entire length of the tank, though they’re less powerful and don’t look quite as good (IMO). There is also the AI Prime HD32 which has two ‘pucks’ next to each other (personally I’d go with two of the 16s and space them a little further apart). One other option might be to get 2 or 3 of the Kessil A80’s, they’re much less powerful than the AI Primes, but will get the job done for softies and LPS and will be a little less expensive. The AI Prime 16 is around $240, the 32 is around $400, and the Kessil A80s are $130. You’ll also need mounting arms for all of these and either a glass lid or a mesh lid and an ATO.So probably two of them?
