Lighting for a 10g quarantine tank?

What sort of lighting would anyone suggest for a fish quarantine tank? I have a Aqueon 10g I bought in preparation for quarantining my first two fish in April/May. I know it doesn't have to be anything special since this tank will be used for fish only. I already have a light on order for my coral/invert quarantine tank. Should I just go for the basic Aqueon hood + light?

You really don’t need a light for a fish QT. If you must, just get a cheap LED that you can control brightness on.

I was thinking of going with just ambient room light at one point, which would mean all I'd need is a simple mesh top!
