What would be the best lighting for under 300.00 that would work for clams and a RTBA? Thanks

A kingbo bulb from amazon. 26 bucks. I have three bta and an electric scallop. Using one now, but will probably do two. The only problem is that it's not dimmable or anything fancy, but it's been working well for me so far. My maxi mini carpet has tripled in size since I got it in August. And my new rock flower nem is coloring up well.

Sub $300
-I would do fluorescent first choice will grow anything you want most even spread of the 3 ideas.
-chinese black box led, might need 2

- 2 used ai primes, there will be some light fall off near the edges with 2 units only but will grow anything within a 12x12 square under each light and place lower light corals near the edges.
