I am looking to upgrade my lighting for my 60 gallon. Right now I have a current USA light. The dimensions are 48wX16hX16l. I don't really want to spend north of $750. I just want to hear from you guys what you think the best would be for a mixed reef tank. I have some anemones, torches, hammers, and zoas mainly. I was looking to get more LPS and some SPS though.

I just upgraded from a 75g with similar dimensions. I started with 2 AI Hydra 26 HD over it and added the Aquatic Life T5 hybrid. This would cost well over the $750 budget though. You could however look at the Noopsyche K7 Pros. They are about $150/each and are similar to the Hydras. Add a 48" T5 hybrid and you would be right at that $750 witha lighting solution capable of keeping anything.
