Lighting for AP700

I was wonder if anyone has a solid schedule for their AP700. I have a 60 cube with mostly LPS and softies and a couple SPS. I am looking for color and growth. Thanks!

How far off the waters surface is the light? I usually never let it go past ocean blue 4, and for intensity on a tank that size with mostly lps and softies I'd aim for somewhere around the 50 to 60% range with a 90 minute ramp up and 90 minute ramp down, 10 hour total photo period
