Lighting for corals and anemone

I was given this atinic T5 and these are the wattage and Info in a picture. Is this good for growing corals and for my anemone? It is a little old too.

Not familiar with the quality of those bulbs but in theory should be good enough in a small tank. By old do you mean used for a while? most t5s are good for less than a year.
