Lighting for Lifeguard Aquarium 10 gallon

I currently am using lighting from my old fluval evo 5 on my new 10 gallon tank and looking to upgrade. Looking for something under 100$ that will help my green star polyps grow. My tank is 10 gallons and rimless so looking for a clip on light. I also have a clown in the tank.

Lomini LED or Aquaknight/Hipagero would work. Zetlight also makes a nano LED.
