Lighting for my 100g stock tank

Hi
I have a 100g stock tank for sump and frags. What's a better light for best growth and color effects?

Noopsyche light or used radion g2 xr30?

I'm always on budget. In fact someone locally is selling 3 x radion g2 with reef link for 450$.

Between the two, noopsyche. Those radions have likely been run well past their estimated lifespan. But.... I’ll second @Wasabi on the reef breeders. Hang them 18” over the tub and you’ve got a very well made, well warrantied unit capable of growing anything.
