Hello fellow reefers :attention:,

I am upgrading my reef tank from a 46 to a 90. Do to the space in my house the 90 is going to be 36x18x31. i mainly have alot of softy and LPS coral in my tank. What would be the proper lighting you would suggest to penetrate that deep to hit my low lying corals. Would LED be able to go that deep and be affective, should i stick with a t5 x 6 rig. Halide im trying to stay away from because of the heat they produce.

PS i cant spend a kings ransom either LOL...

Thanks for the :help:

If you are going to use leds on that tank I would probably at the least run 90 degree lenses but you might even need 60 degree lenses with the 31 inches in depth.
