Hello all

I am brand new to the whole saltwater reef tank hobby. I just purchase a water box reef 70.2 and was wondering what lighting unit to get? I am leaning towards either the AI hydra 32 or the eco tech xr15 pro or blue. Is the one light enough for a tank that is 24x24x22? I will be housing mostly lps and softies and I may have a montipora later as well but no other sps. Looking for help as there are a ton of sales right now and I am unsure what way to go?

My wife has a single red sea 90 on her 65 to 70 ish corner tank and it looks and preform s very well, I have a kessil a 360 on a aio very close to those demission s and it works great as well. In fact kessil are on sell now in several places and I've never seen them go insale before. Not real sure about other lights you mentioned but there are great lights out there. I would do a little research on what wattage you're corals will need then set a light schedule and stick to it. They, corals in particular, do not like changes. I actually like a hybrid light, tried and true t5 lights w new tech. Led but that's up to you. Good luck and happy holidays

BRS did an analysis and the radion xr15 g5 had the best par per dollar. However, either of those lights will work and both are enough for that size tank (most likely more than enough).
