lighting height from tank

I everybody. Im new to this site but have been reefing for a while now. I will be installing a 90gal and making it a mixed reef tank. Planning on doing softies, shrooms, zoas, LPS, and Sps. I will be using 250W MH lighting at 17500K. So Im looking recommendations on how high should the lighting be from the water.

Im also thinking of adding some blue led strips to get coral color pop. Any recommendations on the LEDs? not looking to break the bank here. LOL

Not sure on the height but SB Reef Lights and Orphek both make good LED bars.
