Lighting height???

I purchased a black box led light for my 36g 165w. Atm I have the light 13” above my tank and whites are maybe 40% and blues are 100% and doing great. I was wondering if I should lower the light some haven’t noticed any bleaching or anything the bubble tip nem actually had gained a lot of it’s color back was bleached.

13" is pretty close to the typical 12". If things are doing well, I see no reason to lower the fixture.
