I have a 125RR THAT IS 48x24x25deep. What is the best t5 setup to run on FOWLR right now and adding a RBTA and corals by the end of the year. Nothing to super hard to keep just something to add some color and reef looks. Looking to stay $500 or less

Ati has the best t5ho fixtures in my opinion they also have really good reflectors they have a new dimmable t5 fixture have read a lot of good reviews on it, also if your just Gona do softies you should be fine with just a 4 bulb fixture

That fixture will definitely work.
