I have a 90 gallon cube with a hydra 52 light. The tank has torches, elegance, sail phone, shrimp, coral beauty, zoas, snails, and other fish and coral. Right now I have my light settings at rb 88%, db 83%, red 15%, green 35%, white 65%, and uv 80%. It really doesn't seem to be doing the trick. Can some one help with ideas to set the light for. At night I have rb,db , and violet at 5%. I run the lights from noon to 10pm with a 4 hour ramp time.

I run a hydra and I don't run my CW over 25%. What is the light not doing for you? I get great growth with a very similar light pattern. I do ramp a little bit faster though.

Also I think if you are running windows you can rotate your pictures first then upload them. That way they are not sideways.

Some thing have bleached out and some things do not seem to grow at all. Thanks for tip on the pictures. Right now everything is done on an ipad and it didn't think about trying to change it. How much ramp time do u use? My zoas do not open much anymore either. The torch is dying off, at least not all of the heads open

Hmm if things are going south like that I am tending to believe you might have a different problem. Have you run a test on your system lately for ammonia / nitrates?

Ok, you are going to need to find the source of that Ammonia. It is probably what is also causing the algae on your glass.
